Whether it’s the mindset to be comfortable with selling, or if you just need to improve your sales conversations. Being able to balance client work with all the other things it takes to grow a business is a skill set – and it’s completely learnable. Module 6: Set Up Your Squad
If you want to grow your business, you’re going to need help. This module will show you where and how to start if you’re making that first move – or how to continually lean in to delegating and expanding if that’s more your speed. If you charge enough, theoretically you can get to six figures on your own – though there are certainly easier ways than DIY’ing everything. And if you truly want to scale – well then that takes help. Plus hiring help lets you spend more time doing what you love!
